Primary Responsibilities
  • Preparing cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services (deployment, migration, implementation, workshops, etc.)
  • Developing overall solutions including high-level design, statements of work, service design and bills of materials
  • Assist in writing Proposals, scope addendums, and RFPs
  • Contributing to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
  • Contribute to sales process improvement, including developing knowledge bases, creating sales tools, and mentoring other Sales Engineers
  • Analyzing and gathering business requirement from large and complex client environment and performing required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of the company

The salary range would be 40.000 – 55.000 euros gross per year depending on the experience, + 20% variable according objectives + medical insurance.

Las Rozas (Madrid)

  • Requires 3+ years of experience as a pre-sales or post-sales consultant / engineer / technician in SAAS implementation projects, interacting effectively with customers to convey the value of the services, in areas associated with fault resolution support, or other technical tasks that have allowed you to become familiar with the main problems affecting the services of telecom operators’ customers
  • Knowledge in the field of customer care, call center and fixed and/or mobile telecommunication networks is an asset
  • University degree preferred
  • VERY HIGH level of English (C2 or equivalent)
  • Innately service-oriented and always communicates with respect and professionalism
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Ability to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously; workload will be a blend of small, medium, and large engagements
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and whiteboarding skills
  • Motivated self-starter who takes ownership of customer needs and works to find a positive outcome that yields high customer service levels
  • Trusted advisor to the customer that will conduct deep-dive sessions to help customers overcome adoption concerns
  • The ability to interact in an engaging way with individuals and groups while conveying the value of services with clarity of the benefits to the customer.
