Quality Manager (QA / QC ) Construction Site – Barcelona

- It’s a permanent position, hired by the Construction Company, we just help them in the recruitment process The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems to ensure that all construction activities meet the required standards and specifications. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality work that complies with industry regulations and client expectations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with the company’s objectives and best practices. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of QA/QC inspectors and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of QA/QC activities
- Conduct training and mentoring for QA/QC personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Project QA/QC Oversight: Oversee the quality control process on construction sites, ensuring that all materials, workmanship, and processes meet required standards
- Review and approve inspection and test plans, ensuring they align with project requirements and client expectations
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, ensuring that root causes are identified and corrective actionsare implemented effectively. Work with project teams to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with the QMS and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare for and manage external audits by clients, regulatory bodies, or certification agencies
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports for senior management and clients, including analysis of quality trends, issues, and corrective actions
- Ensure all quality documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for audits and reviews
The salary range it could be 60.000 – 67.000 € gross per year.

- At least 5 years of experience as Quality (QA / QC) Manager on Sites Construction in Spain managing teams
- English and Spanish is a must, has to be fluent and/or be able to speak it professionally (at least C1 Level)
