One of Spain's biggest audiovisual producing companies is currently looking for a HR Director with generalist experience to help all their teams run their staff-related processes smoothly and help them grow as a company s well as establishing a solid HR team within the company. We are looking for a HR professional with a few years of experience and knowledge in all the areas of HR and previous experience in the audiovisual sector or with at least an interest in being part of it. Main Responsibility
- Recruit and Onboard new hires, and become the go-to person for managing all the HR processes and advise the different directors and managers on their hiring and staff-related issues.

- Being able to advice all the team directors on all HR matters
- At least three years of experience in similar post
- Media sector experience highly desirable, a passion for it is a must
- Well-organised and mature
- Capable of working in high-paced, demanding environment
- Capacity of working hard, proactive and ambitious
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
