- We are seeking a SDR (SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE) & GTM (GO TO MARKET) BUILDER for a StartUp specialized in AI in Barcelona (50% On Remote)
- This is a stable position with a permanent contract directly with the StartUp (we will handle the selection process). The salary range could be 20.000 – 24.000 euros per year, gross, depending on experience.
- You can work 50% at their office in Barcelona, 50% on remote.
- This role starts as an SDR & GTM Builder, but it’s designed to evolve into leading the enterprise development function.
- Your mission is simple: open and build the enterprise pipeline across airports, shopping center groups, and multi-venue operators — generating qualified demos and strategic conversations that convert into real opportunities.
- Beyond meetings, you’ll think commercially: spotting automation angles, identifying activation opportunities, and shaping outbound strategy alongside the CEO. You’ll help structure the GTM engine from day zero — with the ambition of growing into leading it.
- This is a founding trajectory role for someone hungry to build, grow fast, and take ownership.
- Identify, research, and segment enterprise accounts (mall groups, airport operators, property managers, outlet portfolios).
- Build structured outbound strategies and execute high-quality campaigns.
- Generate qualified demos and strategic enterprise conversations.
- Detect operational and automation opportunities inside target industries.
- Proactively propose commercial activations and partnership angles.
- Develop deep industry understanding (retail, airports, hospitality tech).
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and reporting.
- Think beyond meetings — think long-term commercial leverage.
- Generate demos and qualified meetings for founders and sales leadership.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to optimise outreach strategy and unlock high-value relationships.

- At least 1 year of experience in SDR, selling B2B SaaS, partnerships, or growth roles.
- Fluent English (C1+) — additional languages highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and confidence with senior executives.
- Structured, proactive, and resilient.
- AI-native mindset: accustomed to working daily with AI tools to research accounts, craft messaging, automate workflows, and increase productivity.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and early-stage environments.
- High ambition, high energy — you want to build, scale, and lead.
